It would be nice if word of this were posted on the actual official website, you know, where official announcements should go.

If the Troll office has been informed of this, word has not trickled down.

Now a personal observation from me, who has worked Land Grab Troll for the past several years: The number of people showing up for Zero Night *has* in fact been steadily increasing, and especially over the last few years. Last year the battlefield parking was full all the way up to the fort for the first 5 rows, and was more full for the other rows than I've ever seen it before. Some of this has to do with the big spike in people who have been coming for Land Grab over the past 3-6 years. It might be instructive to know what our official check-in count at Troll has been, as of, say, 1 PM on Land Grab Saturday from year to year since Pennsic 35. (Don't know if anyone has kept data to that level of detail, but it wouldn't surprise me if someone HAS.)

So to some extent we *are* running out of room, though if Land Grab numbers do not increase this year over last there would still be enough space. Sheer extrapolation from the past few years (in terms of fraction of the battlefield that's full on Zero Night) would give a figure for this year that is uncomfortably close to "100% full", and a "No Vacancy" figure for Pennsic 43. Does that mean we'd actually continue to expand at the rate that's been seen the past few years? I have no idea.

JMO; YMMV.
