As a backup I suggest that all groups take several "hostage photos" (a
person holding a current newspaper) of their areas so that if someone else
uses your area as a dump after you leave you can prove that _you_ didn't
leave it that way. As the senior group in our block we would really hate to
lose 30 years of seniority.
