[MR] Ice Castle Event Updates

Good Afternoon,

I have been monitoring the weather reports for this weekend and in near
constant communication with various personages about the event this
weekend.  The verdict and current plan of action is as follows: This will
be a "true" Ice Castle with snow on the ground and possibly fresh snow at
that.  We will still be holding the event at generally regularly scheduled
times.  That being said, the prevailing thought process should be keeping
yourselves safe at all times (even if that means forgoing the event).  The
current predictions indicate 2-4 inches possible, which is well within our
plows capability to make driving safe and easy.

I will be posting road conditions to the various listservs as I have them
on Friday for those coming into town on Friday evening and I will also post
road conditions on Saturday morning.  In the event of a massive and not
predicted snow storm of the blizzard variety I will also post cancellation
as soon as possible.
