Greetings!
Nottinhill-coill Baronial Birthday is a month away!
In way of welcoming to our Nexellencies, I decided to have an open display of the arts and sciences of our barony; but wait, there is more! I will have a single page questionnaire for the purpose to meet the creator of the A&S project (although documentation is appreciated, it isn't necessary). If any are interested in a pre-event copy of the questionnaire, please send me an email (feo2mouse at yahoo.com) and I will attach, or send in text, a copy. Please remember to bring the questionnaire with you along with your A&S. There will be copies available at the event.
For this, there will be no formal judging; however, people will be welcomed to leave tokens of appreciation and there will be commentary cards available. I do ask that critism be constructive, if needed. The goal is to encourage new people to the Arts and Scences and to introduce our "Crafty Coillies". This is also open to ALL levels of expertise.
A&S part deux (not be mistaken wih Dreux):
In the tradition of NCBB, there will be a birthday cake competition, the winning cake to be displayed and eaten by the populous (the others will be too, but the winning creation will have "pride of place" and to the creator, accolades). I'm putting the judging as populous vote, with the Royals and Nottinghill Baronage as having two votes each (this is for both outgoing and incoming barorials).
Cakes should have an ingredient list and a small sample of the cake (just the cake) would be nice. (^_^)
On the final note, I'm asking if anyone would like to teach a 30 minute to hour class. please email me offlist at feo2mouse at yahoo.com and we'll see about schedualing one. Please remember toinclude the necessities for your class (power source, well-ventilated, etc.).
Hope to see you there!
