Greetings Good Gentles,

If I might, I wanted to take a moment of your time to put in a plug for Ice
Castle coming up. The website for the event can be found here:
http://black-diamond.atlantia.sca.org/node/107

Reservations are still being taken through ACCEPS and postal, please
pre-reg for feast spots if at all possible as we may not be able to
guarantee any the day of.

Everything is shaping up to be a great event. The 10 day forecast shows a
chance of rain on Thursday and Friday, but temperatures well above
freezing, I am hopeful for 40s-50s and clear skies on that Saturday, but we
shall see what happens.

Some pertinent information that you may find useful:
Accommodations

A block of rooms has been set aside at The Inn at Virginia Tech if you need
accommodations, please contact them directly at: 877-200-3360 and ask for
the SCA rooms. If you need accommodations at the Inn I highly encourage
you to reserve as soon as possible, they may make allowances after Monday
the 21st, but that is pushing things pretty tightly for them.
