I would like to bring to your attention a group of people who are richly
deserving of my thanks. These are the people that made sure 350 people had
feast at 12th. These people have my unending gratitude for the countless
hours they spent in the prep, cooking, and clean up for the 12th Night
feast.
Klāra bint Dā'ūd al-sayrajāni - Traveled from Meridies just to slave away
in the kitchen. Prepped on Friday, then on Saturday all day and then stayed
for kitchen clean up til after midnight.
Camillo de Milano - Took Friday off to be able to help prep. Then cooked
all day Saturday leaving only when it was time for him to attend feast,
cleaned Saturday night and then showed up this morning for pack out.
Ronan MacGregor - Spent the entire day in the kitchen working leaving only
when it was time for him to attend feast.
Nuala ingen Magnusa - Helped with Friday shopping including the loan of her
van (food for 350 won't fit in a dodge caliber), prepped Saturday evening,
and was a huge help during crunch time.
Reginald de Beauchamp - Came to site Friday to help unload supplies, spent
most of the afternoon Saturday working in the kitchen.
Catherine Ambrose - Helped prep on Friday, worked in the kitchen in the
afternoon and then served feast.
Giuletta Del Fede & Richard Collins of Ipswich - Spent the most day
Saturday in the kitchen.
Rebecca the Contrary - Helped throughout the day and was a huge help with
plating as well.
Ealasaid MacDonald & Fiona Lachtna - Helped prep on Friday evening.
Brianna O'Duinn, Talorgen nepos Wrguist, and the serving crew - Help
plating, wrangling servers, filling water glasses, washing platters,
scrapping plates, cleaning.....
Aine O Grienan - Helped with plating.
These are the people that made feast happen. I am indebted to each and
everyone for the work they did.
Lady Murienne, 12th Night feast steward
