Good day everyone,
Tomorrow is the first heavy combat practice of 2013, for the Shire of Roxburymill.
The focus is on;
What is heavy combat?
What are the rules?
What armor has to be worn?
Some simple sword and shield or spear work.
 
No armor required, just loose warm clothes.
We will also have a special Guest Lady Cunan (apologies for spelling errors) to specifically discuss womens armor and body mechanics.
