As most of you know, kid's pardner is a history of science person, the
chemist Boyle being his specialty.  As Boyle was the last alchemest, I've
been nudging him to write a book on what alchemy was and wasn't.  He
finally has, and it is called "Secrets of Alchemy (Synthesis), by
Lawrence Principe, it comes in a hardback and as an ebook, and Amazon
carries it.
If someone would post this to the Merry Rose, I'd appreciate it.
