My Lords and Ladies,

If anyone knows Ragnachar Radagaist, who has apparently been inactive 
for quite a while, there are some heralds who would love to get a 
message to him. We received the following message today on Facebook, 
which I am forwarding to the populace in hope of helping one way or the 
other.

    Greetings to the Kingdom of Atlantia's Administrator.

    I am Magdalena von Hallenberg, Herald, The Barony of Loch Soillier
    in Ansteorra. For years we have been trying to pass various versions
    of a populace badge that would be in keeping with our Arms and
    Champions badges. Unfortunately we have a conflict with Ragnachar
    Radagaist who appears to have stopped playing and is no longer in
    your OP. I was wondering if I could or if you would post on your FB
    page and ISO Ragnachar Radagaist?

    I am hoping someone might be able to reach her or contact me about
    how I might find her.
