 I want to remind everyone of the upcoming event Caer Mear's 35th Jubilaun
Fest (The Anniversary Feast)
March 16, 2013

Please make sure that you don't miss the preregistration dealine of March
1st.

Due to limited seating, pre-registration for feast is required.

Someone will be at the fighter practices to take reservations.


There is still help that is needed.  Please feel free to

 Someone to pickup supplies from baronial storage – not certain of what all
we are going to need yet and bring it to the site Friday evening and return
it after the event.

Friday evening 5:30 pm Set up crew for tables, chairs banners, room décor,
help unloading vehicles.

Feast Hall Steward – Deanie said she thought Seamus (Carl Swan) might be
interested but I have not confirmed this.

Feast Servers – number depends on how many we have for feast.  Servers do
not sit for feast and do not pay for feast.  They will be able to eat
during breaks in kitchen area.

Kitchen help prior to feast:  peeling, chopping, cutting possibly washing
dishes prior to feast.

Clean up crew at the end of event – put tables and chairs away, sweep
floors, clean up kitchen, take out trash kind of stuff we normally do.
