Noble Friends,

Today BBC reports on plans for a Richard III museum, incorporating his former grave, for the centre of Leicester. They are ambitious plans indeed: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-leicestershire-21340068 .

But not so fast! York is demanding that Richard be reburied in York Minster, based on family connections to that city. And people in York essentially claim him as their right: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-leicestershire-21340068 and http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-york-north-yorkshire-21349307 . There are some really nice views of York's surviving medieval buildings in the video clip.

Didn't I tell you to stay tuned? This story is going to continue for a looooong time, giving us plenty of marvelous entertainment.

Yours Aye,

Lord Mungo Napier, The Archer of Mallard Lodge
