[MR] YMIR Cabin Reservations

If you made a cabin reservation on ACCEPs for Ymir, and have not already
done so, PLEASE forward your ACCEPs confirmation email to me at
ladyjdeke at gmail.com.  You must do this whether or not you want to be with a
particular group.  I am trying to do cabin assignments and need to find a
place to put you.  The reservation process is not complete until you have
forwarded that email to me, if you are staying in a cabin.

 

There are about 40 people who have reserved beds who have not sent me the
ACCEPs confirmation email.  If you don't send it to me, a poor harassed
volunteer at Troll is going to have to try to find an empty bed for you when
you sign in at the gate.  Help those folks out and keep the lines at the
gate moving - send me your ACCEPs confirmation email and let me assign a
cabin BEFORE the event!

 

The ACCEPs confirmation email  header looks like this:

I need the whole thing - it has all the information I require.  If you
cannot find it check your spam folder.  If you cannot find it at all, at
least send me your confirmation code, SCA Name and mundane name for all
persons staying in cabins.
