Unto fair Atlantia's denizens, greetings from Baroness Glynis Gwynedd,
Silver Nautilus Pursuivant, deputy to the Kingdom Clerk of Precedence. It
is my pleasure and delight to announce to you the unveiling of certain
doings that have been kept secret lo these many years. In this past, some
miscreants and ruffians did not appear in court when summoned forth, and
their just desserts may or may not have caught up to them. Their Majesties
have decreed that as no good deed shall go unpunished, the consequences of
the actions of those individuals shall be made public at this time.

To wit:

Seonaid

These awards shall be read out again in court at Ruby Joust. When a
recipient is not at the court in which an award is intended to be given, it
is at the whim of the monarch as to whether to present the award to someone
else to pass along, or to attempt to give it again at a later date. Some of
these awards may have been given and not reported back to the office of the
Clerk of Precedence, but we have not heard back on any of them at this
time, and Their Majesties felt that the recipients deserved to be
recognized.

Vivat to the recipients!
