[MR] Award Made Public...finally!

It pleases me to no end to finally be able to reveal publically the awarding of the Coral Branch to Lady Katarzyna Witkowska.
This took place at the Bright Hills Baronial Birthday event on the 9th of Feburary, A.S. 47 (2013) during the reign of Vladimer II and Kalisa II.
