[MR] Storytelling teaching handout and CD

Hello, all!

I have made a handout and a companion CD of beginner's stories. I've also updated my "Telling Stories in the SCA" handout to address stage fright. I would love to distribute these items to those who are interested. 

While I'm glad to email the handouts, I'd rather not email the contents of the CD. I consider those stories to be under copyright - you may only tell my version for private, non-profit use - and I want to make sure that provision is on all the CDs. Not only that, but I have a cool printout of the stories that fits in the jewel box. I'd also like to collect $2 for the CD to cover my costs.

So. If you want the handouts, just send me email. If you want the CD, send me email and we'll try to figure out how to do this. Because I think having both the printed and told versions of the stories is an excellent teaching tool. Not only that, but I worked hard on making that CD!
