Noble Friends,

The BBC revealed a little-known side of the Bard, as a food hoarder and a tax evader, in a story yesterday: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-mid-wales-21993857 . Apparently he was quite a naughty boy.

Also note the story of the man who demolished Shakespeare's house: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-21587468 . This is not exactly period, but does relate to our favorite dramatist's life.
