Just a reminder to everyone that there WILL be a heraldic consultation table
at Coronation.

It will be open in the hall, tentatively from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday
afternoon with those hours expanded if possible as changes to the schedule
allow. (The timing is designed to avoid any conflicts with courts or other
activities such as the royal reception which both heralds and potential
submitters may wish to attend.)

Local heralds with submissions to deliver and those who would like some
assistance with names or armory are encouraged to stop by and see how we can
help you. (As Golden Dolphin will be present, although somewhat occupied
with her duties as reservationist for the event, we will be able to accept
cash payments for submissions.)

Any heralds, warranted or not, who would like to help out at the table are
strongly welcomed. You don't need to bring books or forms, though heraldic
artists who have specific preferences in drawing tools may want to bring
their own. We will have a printer/copier to make copies of submissions and
those experienced in computerized heraldry may wish to bring their favored
tools (laptop, tablet, etc.) along. At this point we do not know whether we
will have internet access given the location of the site, but anyone with a
hotspot is welcome to bring that along to see if we can augment our
resources from the internet.

If you think you may be attending Coronation and wish to help out, drop me
an email at silverdragon at charleston.net so we can co-ordinate. And, if you
are a submitter or local herald with special submission requirements (e.g.,
Japanese or eastern European names), let me know so we can be sure to have
the less commonly used name resources at hand.

Alisoun

P.S. Assistance with set-up and break-down of the table will be
particularly appreciated!
