Apologies to the lists,
I apologize for sending this twice.  It got badly reformated during the copying and pasting.
Here it is in it's correct format.
Thank you,
Lady Caitlin

Greetings unto the subjects of Atlantia,
Our  Fair Kingdom will soon be celebrating its Kingdom Twelfth Night event. We are  calling upon our most valiant Men and Women to serve as guards.  Those  willing to serve will be counted among the Heralds Corps. Heralds, being  vigilant and more or less the communication for the populace.  As members of the Heralds Corps you will  receive a tabard to wear while on duty and be esponsible for security and  communications. Each shift will be divided between the floors of the event area  to monitor the entrances and be ready to assist with incidents should they  occur. We are also asking our Heralds to assist with the ambiance of the event  by directing those who need to change into garb to the dressing rooms before  entering the event area.  Lastly, Heralds will be called upon to intervene should safety come  into question.

We  would like a minimum of 20 people in order to cover the entire event. Of  course, the more we have willing to serve, the ease of the shift will increase  and the length of the shift will decrease. With the minimum Heralds we will have  2 per shift and 2 hour shifts. This will allow one person per floor per  shift.  Each Herald need only serve  one shift.  There will be a separate  room for Heralds Corps members to store gear/ equipment while they are serving.  Shifts  will begin Friday evening at 6pm to 10pm and Saturday 8am to 12am.

Those  interested can contact me via email at ncgiovanniATyahoo.com.  Please include your name and between  which hours you would be willing to serve. If there are groups who would like to  serve as a unit during a shift be sure to include the number and name of the  group. I will be posting a schedule in the Heralds Corps room at the event and  perhaps on the Twelfth Night website. Thank  you for your willingness to serve.
In  service,
Lord  Niccolo Giovanni
