Okay so I have one correction to put in Master Johannes is the Midrealm's A&S champion....I was typing too fast and didn't catch that I'd put in the wrong office. 

Now on to what we need: 
-People willing to make parchment or paper.
-People to raise flax
-People to process that flax into thread
-Someone to process a goat skin to be the cover.
-Someone to quarter saw wood into cover boards.
-People to make period ink and pigments.
-Bards to supply stories to be transcribed.
-Scribes to illuminate and calig the stories.
-leather workers to decorate the cover
-more fiber artists to make a bag to keep the book in and to make a book mark.
-people to make quills and reed pens for the scribes.
