Jefferson County, WV Fairgrounds.
 
There are a couple of clarifications to the heavy and rapier schedule in this announcement.


Friday
 
Travelers Repast
- 6 pm to 10 pm.
 
MOL Check in
prior to the tourneys – TBD
 
Thrown Weapons
Night Throw- 8 pm 
 
Atlatl Battle -
Inspections 5:30 pm. Battle at 6 pm
 
Fencing
Torchlight Tourney Inspections and warm-up 7 pm – 7:30 pm with fighting
beginning when it’s dark around 8:30 pm.
 
Heavy Torchlight
Tourney. This will be great weapon, polearm, and spears limited to 6ft.
 
Bardic Circle
–O’dark thirty.
 
Saturday
 
Breakfast –
Laurnetia – 7 am – 9 am.
 
Heavy
fighting  Inspections start at 10 am and
fighting begins at 10:30 am with a great sword tourney followed by a full day
of fighting.
 
Fencing -
Inspections start at 10 am. Fighting starts at 10:30 am. There will be a full
day of fighting along with two tournaments, Purse of DoppelSoldat and Last man
Standing. Starting times to be decided by participant choice.
 
Archery -
Inspection starts at 10 am. Shooting starts at 10:30 with a Royal Round and
there will be a competition with prizes at 11 am. 
 
Thrown Weapons -
Inspections at 10 am. Throwing starts at 10:30 am.
 
Atlatl Battle -
Inspections at 3:30 pm. Battle at 4:00 pm.
 
Youth Fighting -
Starts at 1 pm with a Creative Weapons Showcase for ALL children followed by a
round robin tourney and a castle battle with treasure.
 
Children's
Activities -The children will be studying Galileo and Copernicus and making
telescopes from paper towel tubes (please bring one if you can). Plus there are
lots of other fun things for them to do.
 
A&S Display
10 am to 3:30 pm. This is open to everyone. The theme for this event is
"For Kingdom and Crown" but all entries are encouraged even if you've
entered them in the past. Completed projects to works in progress are welcomed.
There will be someone in the display area all day. Entries may be dropped off
starting at 10 am and must be picked up by 4 pm.
 
Lunch - 11 am to
2 pm
Feast - 6 pm
