[MR] Crown Tournament Letters of Intent

Unto the populace of fair Atlantia do Their Royal Highnesses, Vladimir and Kalisa, Prince and Princess, send greetings. 
Our first duty to Atlantia is to ensure the succession of the Crowns of Atlantia.  To this end we will be holding Our Crown Tournament in Windmasters Hill on November 3, 2012.  We are requesting Letters of Intent be emailed to Us at TRH AT atlantia.sca.org (prior to Coronation and to TRM AT atlantia.sca.org after Coronation).  The letters of intent must be copied to the Kingdom Seneschal at Seneschal AT atlantia.sca.org.  The deadline for letters of intent is October 20, 2012, though We reserve the right to accept late letters up to and including the day of the tournament if We find good cause.  Letters must include the following:
 
SCA and Modern names of the combatant and consort
 
SCA membership numbers for each
 
Mailing address, email address and phone numbers for each
 
We hope that many of you will rise to the challenge and fight in Our Crown Tournament.  We look forward to a beautiful day of pageantry and fighting.
