[MR] Menu and Schedule for Chalice IX this Saturday

We should have beautiful weather for this weekend's Chalice of the Sun
God!  It may be a bit chilly, so remember to bring your cloaks, but so
far it's shaping up to be a clear and sunny day.

There are still plenty of feast seats open, so if you didn't get your
reservation in and you want to stay for feast, there will still be
some time to register on-site on Saturday.  The menu follows the day's
theme of nines, with three meat dishes, three vegetables dishes, and
three desserts, prepared by Baron Brenainn MacShuibne, whose feasts
have delighted many at past events.

Menu:

First Course

Spinach with Pancetta and Currants
Fried Onions
Chicken with Saffron and Spice Sauce

Second Course

Mushrooms with Onions and Herbs
Cabbage with Fennel and Apple
Roast Pork with Sweet Sour Sauce

Third Course

Rice cooked in Almond Milk
Angel's Food
Stewed Fruit

Also, if you have not yet submitted your team registrations, there
will still be time to do so on site Saturday.  As in the past, we will
have a team coordinator to help find extra team members for those who
may have a slot unfilled, and vice-versa.

9:30 am	MOL opens
                Authorizations begin

10:00 am	Armor inspections
                Artisans and performers check in
                Archery range opens

10:30 am	Authorizations end

11:00 am	Chalice team signup closes
                Heavy and Rapier tournaments begin
                Deadline for A&S entries

Noon	        Lunch available for pickup (while supplies last)

12:30 pm	Break in heavy and rapier tournaments
                Youth armored and rapier take the field

1:30 pm	Heavy and rapier tournaments resume
                Children's Activities begin

2:00 pm	Lunch closes (or while supplies last)
                Performing Arts competition begins

2:30 pm	Archery competition closes
                Setup for Chalice Champion competition

3:00 pm	Chalice Champion competitions
                Children's Activities end

4:00 pm	A&S entries must be picked up

4:30 pm	Royal and Baronial Court

6:00 pm	Feast

Cleanup commences immediately after feast

10:00 pm	Site closes
