[MR] Field Space Still Available at Chalice

As Chalice approaches on swift wings, why fight the crowds in the morning
to place your tent or dayshade near the fighting field? Those putting in a
reservation will have a priority on space right on the field and it will
expedite the check in process for all.

Please send me the size and dimensions of your tent or pavilion, whether or
not it is "period" or "modern" and what name your would like to register
the space under. A large diagram of tents ringing the field will be at gate
to let you know where you will be. Field space reservations will only be
taken until end of day on Wednesday,  October 17th.

Also as an added bonus, if you have a reservation for the fundraiser lunch
that is being provided that day or if you feel the urge to participate when
you get there, I would be delighted to deliver any lunches and drinks
ordered right to your accommodations so that none of you would not have to
tear yourself away from any of the activities. If you would like to
take advantage of this, please let me know when you drop me a note that you
would like to avail yourself of this service.
