In celebrations of the 21st year of the Barony of Ponte Alto a passage
of arms will be held that exemplifies chivalric love and beauty, both
on and off the field, as can be found in the ballads and tourneys of
the 15th century.

Let all knights, barons, lords, squires and men at arms of the
baronies of Black Diamond, Bright Hills, Caer Mear, Dun Carraig,
Hawkwood and Hidden Mountain, Highland Foorde, Lochmere and Marinus,
Nottinghill Coill and Sacred Stone, Stierbach, Storvik, Tir-y-Don and
also Windmasters Hill, and all cantons, shires, colleges, and
border-marches that are in this most noble kingdom of Atlantia and all
other Known World kingdoms, who are friends of our monarchs, Vladimir
and Kalisa, know that on the 23rd of February, in the Barony of Ponte
Alto, there will be a very great festival of arms and a very noble
tourney with weapons of measure and tourney swords, in appropriate
armor, with coats of arms of the noble tourneyers, as is the ancient
custom.

The winner of the tourney will "crown" their consort with the halo of
Love and Beauty.

Moreover, we entreat all such knights, barons, lords, squires and men
at arms who intend to participate in the tourney to bring with them
their best displays of heraldic achievements, including banners,
shields, surcoats and crests.

Inspections and authorizations will begin at 10:00 am with Tournament
to begin promptly after. Prior to the start of the tournament there
will be a Grand Parade led off by the children of the Barony and the
Barony’s Paolo Ponies followed by the procession of combatants.

Arts & Sciences Activities: A&S Activities will take place in Sykes
Hall, the heated building on the site. Please have your items set up
by 12:00 and picked up by 4:00 to allow time for set up for Court and
Feast.

As the Baron and Baroness of Ponte Alto will be seeking to fill the
position of Baronial Artisan there will be an A & S competition held
to seek out a new champion. There will also be room for an open
display of any items. Their Excellencies of Ponte Alto will also be
seeking to fill the position of Baronial Bard, and would delight in
hearing all who enter as they make their way through the days
activities.

Feast: Baron Brénainn will prepare a fabulous feast for 60 for the
evening repast. Feast menu will be announced as the event draws
nearer. There will be off-board seating for approximately 30 to 40.

Children's Activities: Ponte Alto’s minister of minors, Lady Annika
Siltanen will be hosting a children’s corner from noon to 2:30 PM in
Sykes Hall.

20175. Troll opens at 9:00 and closes at 4:00. Site closes at 10:00.

Site Restrictions: No open flames. Service animals only please. Beer,
Mead and Wine will be permitted in Sykes Hall during Feast if you
choose to partake.
