Unto all my MoAS Officers, and whomever else may have an interest, please take note:
It has long been my wish to preside over a major revamping of the standard judging form for Atlantian A&S Competitions. A number of you have volunteered to help with such, some of you as much as 18 months ago. Unfortunately, circumstances have prevented my giving attention to this matter until now. Although we are moving into the Holiday Season, there is no better time to accomplish this, as I will be leaving office when my original warrant expires in February. Also, it would be very nice if this work could be accomplished in time to test out the new form(s) at 12th Night in January, thus giving time for the new system to be tweaked, again, before I step down.
So - if you have volunteered in the past and would still like to help, please contact me again. Since the time is short, and the Holiday Season is upon us, I do not presume upon any past promises. You do not have to be in any particular location, as the meetings will be held via conference calls, and members of the re-write committee can stay in touch through e-mail. I feel that this is not just important work, but vital to the health of the Arts & Sciences in Atlantia. I am looking for 4 or 5 dedicated individuals who work well with others and who have, with some exceptions, worked with the system enough to know its strengths and weaknesses. The one major exception is that I would like to have at least one relative newcomer as part of the committee, so that someone from outside the system will be there with a fresh evaluation. Otherwise I am looking for artisans in all stages of accomplishments, from my aforementioned newcomer, right up to
very experienced Laurels, and perhaps one Pelican and one Knight, as I would like for the populace in general to be represented by this committee.
If you are interested in helping with this project, and have the time to devote to it in the next 6 weeks or so, then please contact me at:

Yours in Service,
Mistress Jeanmaire du Domrémy, OL
17th Viscountess of Drachenwald
Kingdom Minister of Arts & Sciences to Fair Atlantia
As I am neither a Pelican, nor a Knight, would some kind individual please cross-post this missive to their lists for me?
