[MR] Principal for Order of Chivalry?

Is there a head of the Order of Chivalry (other than the King) that handles complaints re conduct unbecoming?  

If so, please contact me at your convenience. Rather than involving Crown or the BOD, I would prefer to give the Chivalry an opportunity to handle this informally and hopefully apply peer pressure to correct this behavior.
