[MR] Siege Crew/MIT class and Authorizations at Ruby

Greetings all,

For those who have been requesting the Siege Crew and MIT class, which is
required for Siege MIT's and a great primer for anyone considering becoming
Siege Crew, will be taught at Ruby Joust.  The class will be on Saturday at
2pm (or after the conclusion of the Armored Ruby tournament should it run
that long) under the Domus Fabius camp dayshade (look for the Siege Guild
war banner).  Siege Authorizations will also be held at Ruby, the exact
time and location will be worked out on-site.  For authorization purposes,
there is no need to bring your own siege engine, I will provide a Ballista
for the authorizations, however if you have a new engine you would like
inspected feel free to bring it along.  Siege will *not* be included in any
of the planned melees, this is solely an opportunity for authorizations and
inspections. The class with questions and the engine petting zoo following
usually runs about 1.5 hours.
