[MR] Active Season for Ticks

Note on a calendar when you pull the tick off so you can be sure when it 
was, should you develop symptoms. I was overly tired one summer and my 
husband made me go to the internist. She discovered my blood work was 
indicative of erlichiosis, from a tick bite a couple weeks before. Most 
of the tick-borne diseases are treated with the same cheap antibiotic. 
Can't recall which one it is (doxycyline/tetracycline or erythromycin, 
maybe?).  But that fixed my fatigue.  So if you have any symptoms after 
a tick bite, seek medical help.
