[MR] Gardens of Thyme - Still room to teach....

Hello all!

I am working on finishing up the class schedule for Gardens of Thyme:
Herbal Collegium. I still have a couple of class slots open, if there are
any teachers that want to come out and share their knowledge....

So far we have 9 classes covering the following topics....
*Medieval Gardens*
*Common herbs and Spices in Period Cooking*
*Spices & Brewing*
*Harvesting & Preparing Herbs for Tinctures and Salves*
*Prepping Beeswax for Candles*
*How to Build a Ground Fire for Cooking*
*Herb Walk *
*Herbs & Scipes in Drinks (non-alcoholic)*
*Herbs for Mommies & Babies*

We are hoping for a few more.....
Do you have knowledge of period gardening, pigments, dyeing, or anything
else related to herbs, spices or the garden in general?
If so then we are the place for you to share that knowledge with your
fellow SCAdians.
