[MR] Highland River Melees - ACCEPS is up!

Highland River Melees is June 1-3 this year. I just preregistered for the
event using ACCEPS, and it took less than a minute to register both myself
and Baron Fergus.

With feast, 2 adult members came to just $41.51 (including the ACCEPS fee).
