[MR] ST. Annes workshop on Italian Garb

St Anne’s Clothiers Guild is sponsoring a series on Italian period clothing.
The first in the series is on March 31, 2012. Maestra Giuliana Salviati  will cover a survey of Italian Renaissance clothing, focusing primarily on the 15th century, but touching on the 14th and 16th centuries as well. We will talk about undergarments and how to make them, and work on body blocks that can later be adapted to bodice patterns. Please bring a measuring tape, pattern paper (plain brown parcel paper will do) and pencil. A notebook might be helpful as well.
