Unto
the populace of Atlantia,
The
Pearl Promenade Passport Contest is now drawing to a close. The final weekend to get your passport
stamped will be Spring Coronation on April 13-15. I hope you have all enjoyed this contest, and
this wonderful anniversary year!
As
the contest is drawing to a close, we need to make it known how to complete your
entry. We will be accepting entries by
two methods:
Option
1: We have been allotted space at Spring
Coronation where we can collect and record your passports. Bring your Passport to Coronation or send it
in with a Pearl Passport Recorder and present it to us to be recorded. We will be working all day to get your
passports entered into the computer, so we kindly request that you turn in your
passport as early in the day as possible, so that you can pick it up at the end
of the day.
Option
2: If you can’t get your passport to
Coronation, you can also mail it directly to me to be recorded. Mail it to Lady Margaret Roe, 11972 Robyn
Lane, Princess Anne, MD 21853, postmarked no later than April 20, 2012. If you would like your passport back, please
included a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Regardless
of how you choose to enter, please make sure to have the front page, with all
of your personal information (name, location and some sort of contact information)
filled out. If this portion is not
filled out, we cannot get you your prize, should you win!
Since
not everyone is fortunate enough to be able to make it to Coronation this
spring, we are seeking Pearl Passport Recorders for each local group. The only responsibility of a Pearl Passport
Recorders will be to collect Passports from your participating local populace, deliver
them to me at Coronation, pick them up at the end of the day, and return them
to their owners after Coronation. If you
will be in attendance at Coronation and would be willing to fulfill these
duties, please email me privately at mlysett at yahoo.com or info at travelatlantia.net.
Lord Vels inn Viggladi and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has assisted
in this contest along the way, and all of the participants! It has been a wonderful Anniversary Year and
we hope you have all enjoyed the contest as much as we have enjoyed making it
happen.
Happy
Travels!
Lady
Margaret Roe
