[MR] News from Gulf Wars: A New Knight for Atlantia

To the Good Subjects of Atlantia,
 
I would like to say that Syr Ragnarr was not elevated because he won this tourney. Although it is yet another proof of his worthiness to receive the accolade, his knighting, as with almost all elevations to the Chivalry or any other Peerage, has long been considered and supported. I fear sometimes the good people are left out of the loop on the processes involved in these matters. Pollings and arrangements for ceremony, any special garb or accoutrements and a scroll are often months in being worked out and accomplished. I'm passing this along just to inform those who may not be familiar with the process. Those who are, please excuse the bandwidth.
