[MR] Sacred Stone's 30th Baronial Birthday - Heraldic Display Competition Followup

Greetings again unto the lists!

After receiving several questions about this competition, I felt some
further clarification is in order!

1) There are nine pieces of ancient arms for Sacred Stone that are eligible
for this competition. Click here to see

2) Documentation is not required for entry, but it will be included in the
judging.
3) You do not have to be present to enter. You can send your item with
someone to the event, but they are responsible for signing you in, setting
up your entry, and picking it up.
4) Any medium can be used for the heraldic display. It can be edible,
woven, leatherworked, forged, painted, drawn, or... well, be creative.
That's a big part of the fun!

I have created a form where you can tell me what type of heraldic display
you are entering. I will email confirmation for each person who signs up
