From the autocrat of Dun Carraig’s Nautical Event this
weekend, Greetings from Mistress Ceridwen ferch Owain! 

   

We are a scant few days away from Dun Carraig’s Nautical
Event.  Here are a few reminders/ tidbits
to entice you! 

   

For all of those who are interested in calligraphy and
illumination, Dun Carraig’s Nautical Event may possibly have a treat for
you!  Alban St Albans, International Man
of Mystery(who lives in Calontir), is visiting family who lives nearby.  He may be showing up with International
Manuscripts of Mystery, health and weather permitting…it's a sort of travelling
A&S display tailor-made for scribes, illuminators, and calligraphers.

For the martially-minded, there will be heavy and rapier scenarios, both
tournament and melee (based on the number of fighters).  Inspections and authorizations begin at 10 am, fighting to begin at 11.  There will also be an intriguing and entertaining
