[MR] Veterans toast

I agree that toasting our veterans at events that fall on Memorial Day and Veterans Day weekends is a great idea. But not at every feast. And it shouldn't be required, because forcing these kinds of things gives them less meaning. 

Also, while alot of veterans appreciate the recognition, many of us don't want reminders of our mundane military life intruding on everyone else's medieval vibe. 

So, good idea. Just not at every event.
