[MR] Atlantian Royal and court has moved for Pennsic

We have chosen to move Atlantian Royal from its traditional spot along the
highway to N40, the old site of RV camping. We believe that moving away
from the noise will make it easier to make proper use of the encampment. To
that end, We have scheduled Our court for 6 pm on Thursday with a social to
follow at 8 or so. Other events will be scheduled for the Royal encampment
as well.

Schedules at War tend to change. To try to make it easier on folks, We are
instituting a couple of key communications initiatives. First, there will
be a schedule board at the Atlantian field pavilion with the schedule for
the day posted every morning. We will try to ensure that the next day's
schedule is posted by early evening as well. We are also asking that each
Atlantian encampment give us a contact phone umber at which We can leave a
voice or text message in case of last minute changes. We will also be
posting regular updates to the Atlantian Pennsic web page live from the
site.
