[MR] Refunds from Storvik Novice Tournament

Greetings from the Exchequer of the Barony of Storvik:

We are trying to refund all the gate fees for our canceled Novice Tournament event.  If you paid by check, your voided check should be en route back to you.  If you paid by ACCEPS or on-site in cash, and I know who you are and your address, a check has been written and will go out into the mail shortly.  Otherwise, if your name is:
