I Seanne Alansyn, Laird of Kilbride Croft in the Shire of Roxburymill and Knight Marshal of the Shire...Undertake the following quest, to instruct and assist the populace of the Canton of Green Lion bay to learn the fine art of defense as practiced in our noble Academy d'Espee.  I shall endeavor to host two practices per month on the grounds of the Canton and ask any fellow members of the Academy who wish to assist to join me on this quest to train and authorize a band of fencers for this canton.  The practice shall begin after Pennsic in the early fall of this year 2012.  The quest will continue until a cadre of rapier fighters is authorized and the canton raises their own Marshal and members of the Academy. ---  In service to the Dream and the poeple of the Dream
