I've set this pavillion up and it is fairly easy for two people to set up. I couldn't tell you the second time Lady Cecily set it up, but I know one time was at Gulf Wars and it is a really nice tent!

For Sale:  Panther Pavilion 12’ by 16’ double Bell Wedge, flame retardant
sunforger canvas with  set up package of two upright poles, ridge pole,
stakes and bag for stakes.  Two doors with flaps for ventilation. Comes
with Panther canvas floor and plastic tub to store the pavilion.  King
Arthur scalloped edging in Pacific Blue along the ridge line.  Pavilion
only used twice.
