If you haven't made your reservation for Ymir yet, you only have a couple of
days left!  This is one of the best events of the year AND this year there
will be a Baronial investiture to enjoy AND there will be youth combat,
thanks to Baron William the Younger from Storvik, who is coming to marshal.
Don't miss it!

 

REMINDERs:  

1.	Feast is not only sold out, but oversold.  If you want to be put on
the wait list, contact me and I'll put you on it, but don't count on it.
2.	Cabin space is sold out - there is no wait list.  If ACCEPs forgets
that it is sold out and tries to allow you to purchase a bed, please don't.
You may find yourself at Ymir with your bedroll and nowhere to put it.
3.	IF you made a cabin reservation, and have not yet done so, please
forward your ACCEPs confirmation email to me immediately.

 

Those of you who have already registered - take a look at your ACCEPs
confirmation email.  We have a discrepancy in the total numbers.  We believe
2 people are registered for feast and/or cabin without having registered for
site.  If your registration does not show that you paid for site, please be
aware that you will be asked to pay for site when you sign in at the gate
(Troll).

 

As always, bring your ACCEPs confirmation email to the event with you just
in case there are any questions.
