 Couldnt get this out last nite daughter using computer for school...so here goes. 

  

1. Appetizers. 

   A. Slices of orange with olive oil, honey and salt. 

   B. Strawberries marinated in redwine vinegar,sugar and pepper. 

   C. Mushrooms with garlic. 
2. Main Meal. Cocido Madrileno, served in two courses. 

   1st Course. Soup with fine noodles , bread with an olive oil based dipping sauce and olives. 

   2nd Course. Grilled Chicken thighs, B risket and S ausage served  with Cabbage, Carrots and  Chickpeas. T wo sauces will complement this course..Aioli and Romesco. 

3.Dessert. 

   A. R oasted Yams with honey and whipped cream.
