Good Morning Dear!
 
I was wondering if there was a hotel nearby the site that you could recommend?  I will be coming in on Friday (to get to site early to begin my job) and wanted to find something close by that would be clean and reasonably priced.  I know that you are getting busy as the event draws near, but am hoping that you could take a few moments to recommend someplace.
