[MR] Finding Musicians and Dance Masters

In
recent months, several Dance Academie members, including myself, have been
approached by autocrats or our peers with a request to arrange for dancing at
events.  However, in the process of
arranging for dancing, it has become obvious that we do not all communicate
through the same means – some prefer email, some Facebook, and some the phone –
and there is no one list from which we can draw people to contact, sometimes
leaving us guessing when looking for people to help make dancing happen.  As a result, I am taking on the task to
create a "Master List"– a single database of Atlantians who are
willing to either lead dancing or play music for dancing, and the best means by
which to contact them.
 
With
this goal in mind, I humbly request of anyone willing to fulfill such roles to
contact me personally and allow me to add you to this database.  The information which you provide me will be
made available only to the officers of the Academie, to protect individual’s
privacy.  If you are willing to be
included in this list, please email the following information to mlysett at
yahoo dot com:
 
Your
name (SCA and modern if you have them),
The
best means by which to contact you (please include the email address or the
phone number if that is the best method), and
The
local group in which you live.
If
there is additional information you would like me to have, please include that
as well (for example, cannot travel far due to job, plays recorder and guitar,
etc.).
