Cold winds and snow may dominate the Northern reaches of our fair Kingdom, but here in the South, winter means camellias and time to fight for the Broach of Manannan. Join us for an exciting weekend of fighting, feasting and revelry as we celebrate the Celtic god of the sea! Manannan is SC's oldest SCA event!

Martial Activities:  There will be a round robin tourney for both heavy and rapier categories.

Arts & Sciences Activities:  A&S Open, Banner & Scroll Blank (these will be considered donations to the Barony) Brewing, desserts (ingredients required) and MML based story, poems or art. The brewing & dessert will be judged by the kitchen staff and dessert will be served for feast!

Site:  Broxton Bridge Plantation, 1685 Broxton Bridge Road Ehrhardt, SC 29081. Site opens 9AM closes 10PM.

Site Restrictions:  Site is wet. Dogs (leashed and picked up after) are welcome. They are not allowed in the buildings but Kennels are provided. loose dog will be eaten! (joke)

From I-95, exit 57 (Walterboro). Turn WEST onto Bells Hwy/SC Hwy 64. Go 13.3 miles to Cayce Rd. There will be a gas on left a mile or two before this street. Turn left onto Cayce Rd, go 9.2 miles until it ends at a "T" intersection of Broxton Bridge Road.
