[MR] Intermittent network problems affecting atlantia.sca.org domains

[Atlantia Web Minister]

Dreamhost, our Internet Services provider, is currently experiencing what
they describe as a 'major network outage'.  The apparent result for our
sites is an intermittent connectivity problem.  They have not posted what
the cause of the issue is at this time.

If you attempt to reach an atlantia.sca.org site and are unable to get
there, please be patient and try again after a few minutes.  I will
continue monitoring the situation until it is resolved.

The problem does not appear to be with the actual servers on which our data
is housed, but rather with network connectivity to Dreamhost's servers in
general.
