[MR] Ymir Cabin Spaces (beds) & Cabin Requests

Greetings Everyone,

Now that Twelth Night has passed, Windmasters' Hill looks forward to the Investiture of Our new Coronets.  Cabins spaces are going quickly, so please get your reservations in soon, if you would like to stay with us in heated cabins with a bed, showers and toilets. Remember that beds are available on a first reserved basis. Any person that plans to sleep in a bed will need to reserve a bed space. Unfortunately, this also applies to children, unless they are co-sleeping with a parent.

The reservationist has mentioned that there are several individuals that have notified her of various groups that would like to share the same cabin and that they are trying to collect the ACCEPS confirmation information for their group before forwarding it to her. We thank you for your efforts, but PLEASE forward whatever information you have in hand to her sooner rather than later. (Ladyjdeke at gmail dot com) We have approximately 1/3 of the reservations from ACCEPS that have NOT forwarded cabin space requests to her. Please get those in soon.
