We are just under 3 weeks away from Midwinter’s Tale! You should definitely join us January 28, 2012 for what is going to be yet another fun-filled time with the Shire of Border Vale Keep. Keep in mind we are showing our Atlantian pride with the colors of the day being blue and white.
 
We will have fantastic prizes for our competition winners to include: shafts/splines for target archery, a set of throwing knives for thrown weapons, a basket of linen for A&S, a painted silk banner done by Duchess Isabel for rapier, and 2…count them 2 heavy weapons tourneys (one belted and one unbelted) with each winner getting their very own Baroness Astrid (seamstress to the stars of the Known World!) tunic. Want to be the envy of the populace? Come test your skills and walk away with one of these prizes!
 
The evening will culminate with a delicious feast cooked by Duke Valharic, with a bardic circle following feast and being hosted by Mistress Dervila. There is no better way to wind down from such an exciting day than relaxing with a full belly and listening to stories and songs.
