[MR] 12th Night Gate: Schedule, Minors & Refunds

*GATE SCHEDULE*

Avoid the rush on Saturday morning!  12th Night Check-in will be available
at the Hampton Inn and Suites (
http://twelfthnight.atlantia.sca.org/?page_id=28) on Friday, January 13th
from 7:30-11:00 PM.

12th Night Gate Schedule:

Friday, January 13
7:30 PM - 11:00 PM at the Hotel

Saturday, January 17
9:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Site

*MINORS*

A minor (under 18 years of age) attending an event without their parent or
legal guardian must bring two additional things with them:

1) an adult responsible for the minor; and
2) an medical authorization form for minors (
http://seneschal.atlantia.sca.org/Downloads/MMA_Form.pdf), signed and
notarized by the minor’s parent or legal guardian, giving the responsible
adult the authority to seek medical treatment for the minor.

*REFUND POLICY*

If pre-registered on ACCEPS, will be unable to attend and would like a
refund, please send a written refund request to our baronial exchequer,
Lady Helwynn Ivelchild (ladyhelwynn at yahoo.com), but please cc: me (
baronessadriana at gmail.com) on it as well. Including your ACCEPS
confirmation number would be helpful.

**Feast spaces will not be released without communication from the
individual who reserved them.**

The Windmasters' Hill baronial refund policy is:

5.3 Event Refunds shall be provided as follows:

5.3.1 No refunds shall be provided if the event does not make a profit.
5.3.2 The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing no later then
seven days after the event.
5.3.3 Exceptions may be made by authorization of the autocrat in concert
with the seneschal and exchequer.
5.3.4 Donation receipts may be given in lieu of a cash refund.
5.3.5 This policy shall be posted at the check in table at the event.
5.3.4 All refunds shall be paid by check from the group's checking account
and shall not be issued until the event books have been closed and all
reservation checks have cleared.

Also, if you find you have some time and are looking for something to do,
we could probably use an extra set of hands at Gate.  You can email me in
advance or find me on-site to volunteer.  Please remember that you must be
over 18 years of age and a paid member to deal with money.
