I have been asked by the Autocrat to pass along to you The Barony of Lochmere's Midwinter Revel will take place Saturday the 21st of January at St. James Parish, 5757 Solomon Island Rd, Lothian, MD.  The site opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m.  
 
The focus of the event is the warmth of Hearth and Home.  There will be A&S and Performance competitions,  games of strategy and fun; the 'bag' game, chess and backgammon matches.  There will be a feast prepared by Duchess Marie-Simone de Barjavel and her band of clever cooks, followed by an evening of dancing.
